Responsibilities:
Arrange the product delivery based on customer demand.
Identify ways to improve logistical operations.
Collaborate with other departments to improve processes.
Handle paperwork related to production & delivery.
Answer phone calls from factory and clients.
Accountabilities:
Assist the Production Manager in planning the delivery.
Submit production and delivery reports on time.
Provide production schedules to the factory after discussion with the Production Manager.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
Knowledge in Production Module is an advantage.
