Production Executive

Production supervisors coordinate, plan and direct manufacturing and production processes. They are responsible for reviewing production schedules or orders as well as dealing with staff in these production areas. 1. In charge of all Roll Forming operations. 2. To motivate employee to achieve maximum output with minimum waste, to discipline worker through counseling, coaching and to give proper training to team members. 3. To ensure workers perform their duties safely, correctly and effectively. 4. To report to Executive - RF when unable to rectify machine faults. 5. To meet the daily production requirements (order quantity/required time). 6. To ensure that the factory departments implement and comply with ISO and relevant standards. 7. To ensure safety and 5s at workplace. 8.
