Production Executive

'¢ Report any potential threat on food safety to team leader '¢ Manages stock and inventory '¢ Responsible for the achievement of operational metric such as production output, rejection rate, machinery breakdown, cycle time and turnover rate. '¢ Improve production processes by means of implementing continuous improvement programs in terms of quality, cycle time and process flow. '¢ Recommend changes in fixture, machines, equipment and layout that will improve productivity within budgeted expenses. '¢ In charge of manpower and resources planning based on sales forecast and budget allocation. '¢ Conducts in house theory and practical training for departmental staffs as part of on job training program on regular basis. '¢ Identified training and development needs for all staffs through job analysis and consultation with HR department '¢ Lead and guide staff to achieve operational effectiveness as well as maintain competitiveness '¢ Communicate closely with customer on required shipment schedule and also adjustment made against forecast '¢ Prepare production report and improvement plan for management review and attends to any other matters as instructed by top managementBecoming sector leading one-stop packed vegetables provider from raw material to ready-eat vegetable with advance packing and top qualities.
