Production Executive

Responsibilities:
Collaborating with the operations and logistics  teams to develop production plans and schedules based on demand forecasts, available resources, and production capacity. Managing the allocation of resources such as manpower, materials, equipment and tools to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency in the production process.Monitoring quality control measures to ensure that products meet the specifications of the respective customers.Identifying opportunities for production improvements and implementing strategies to enhance productivity, reduce wastage and optimize the production workflow.Supervising and guiding production teams to ensure housekeeping of the production floor and loading activities are carried out accordingly. Adhering to all safety and Environmental regulations, as well as  company policies, to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in any science or engineering disciplineMinimum 1 year of working experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the lime industry.Fast learner and self-motivated. Independent with strong problem-solving abilities.
