Responsibilities:To coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedures for all production operations.
To coordinate and monitor personnel and capital resources, selecting the best way to meet production output, monitor the process and product standards, establish and maintain standards and product improvement.
To carry out close coordination between production, planning, and process monitoring.
To supervise all the operation processes and lead the team to ensure high efficiency, good discipline, good housekeeping, and compliance with quality requirements.
To conduct plant facilities, equipment, machinery, and mould preventive maintenance as per planned schedule or instructions from the Technical Manager.
To monitor and ensure that any manufacturing improvement plan activities are carried out.
To assist, maintain, and ensure all equipment, machinery, moulds & facilities are in the most efficient, safe to use, and in good running condition.
To involve & assist in implementing necessary resources to modify, upgrade, improve the performance of equipment, machinery, mould, and facilities.
To involve & assist in new equipment, machinery installation, and maintenance activities.
To involve in new product development, quality, and process improvement activities.
To troubleshoot machines and processes to improve the efficiency of production output and quality.
To supervise and motivate a team of workers.
To communicate with relevant department personnel related to production performance and quality issues.
To collect data and prepare production performance reports on time.
Other duties as and when required by superior.
Job Requirements:Minimum Diploma in Plastic Technology / Engineering Field.
Minimum 7 years experience at supervisory level in a plastic manufacturing environment.
Must have plastic injection moulding setup experience.
Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP will be an added advantage.
Leadership style and interpersonal skills suitable for directing, training, and motivating subordinate staff.
Strong operation skills in related machineries and equipment.
