Responsibilities:
Planning and organizing production schedules.
Coordinate with customer service on forecast and perform planning to achieve customer needs.
Control further processing and delivery of nonconforming products until the deficiency has been corrected.
Authorized to decide the acceptability of nonconforming products.
Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.
Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary.
Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
Supervising the work of Operators and Technicians.
Ensuring that the processes are delivering their intended outputs.
Manage staff attendance and working performance.
Job Requirements:
Have at least 2 years of working experience in the industrial field.
Have at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in a related field of RFID/Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer and Communication Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
Has high levels of integrity, discipline, and confidence and is committed to career development.
Able to work in groups and manage staff.
Can communicate, write, and speak Mandarin, Malay, and English.
Able to work at Ayer Keroh, Melaka.
