Process and Machine Optimization:- Develop strategies to maximize plant capacity utilization through continuous process and machine re-engineering.- Identify and implement efficiency improvements to enhance overall production output.2. Production Planning and Scheduling:- Oversee and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production processes and improve overall operational efficiency.3. Initiate Process/Productivity Improvements:- Introduce and implement innovative initiatives aimed at enhancing process efficiency and overall productivity.- Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.**Requirements**:Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related field.**Experience**: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
