Production Executive

Job Summary To assist Production Manager to supervises & guide the warehouse staff and support & follow up operation issue.    Job Responsibilities Responsible to supervise, guide, motivate and train the warehouse staff to carry out daily warehouse activities. Ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods. Prepare and manage the logistics system to optimize time management. Closely monitor all raw materials deliveries and requisition for production. To manage and implement smooth warehouse operations incoming and outgoing system through computerized administration and retrieval systems. To implement and maintain complete detailed warehouse materials identification. Responsible in food safety management system to ensure implementation and compliance with quality practice with the FSSC 22000 requirement. Ensure the stock control systems up to date and inventories accuracy. Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of the warehouse / receiving and distribution good area at all times.    Job Specification Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Logistics Management / Supply Chain Management or any other related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse / logistics industries / material management. Strong management skills and able to efficiently organize the team. Strong analytical thinking and leadership skills. Good problem-solving skills. Must be able to motivate the team and encourage strong teamwork. Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure. Good verbal and written English communication skills. Computer literate & professional work ethics.
