Production Executive

i. Assist in formulating Standard Operating Procedures related to Production.
ii. Schedule, operate and assign personnel on production activities
iii. Plan, prepare and present monthly Production Report to the Management Team.
iv. Monitor all the test and analysis of the product.
v. Update stock for raw material and supervise store keeper in updating packaging,
intermediate product and finished product on a monthly basis.
vi. Review Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and work closely with QA / QC
Director.
vii. Maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the production processes.
viii. Assure the existing Standard Operating Procedures and policies are followed and
practiced accordingly.
ix. Provide manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing
production performance records and data.
x. Liaise with QA / QC Director for all matters pertaining quality.
xi. Source supplier and advise admin on documentation related to procurement
