Production Executive

Assist on preparing report & documents.- Prepare, edit, and /or distribute meeting agendas, memo, correspondences and presentations.- Identified and recommended Production Process Improvement.- Managed material flow, material usage and inventory.- Productivity and scrap rate monitoring.- Monitor Production Performance KPI and carry out effective corrective action. Ensure and control WIP and Scrap in Production.- Check Inventory & Aging Reports in Preciworks.- Stock Handling maintain Stock Level (Min ~ Max ) place orders when necessary.- Ensures the achievement of monthly production output as scheduled, production yield, machine downtime and utilizations.- Prepare presentation slides for management meeting.- Monthly Inventory Control.- Expenses Report.- Prepare minutes of meeting Tooling Strike Rate Report.- Audit Related Document Control.- Assists and coordinate in overall production matters.**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Sungai Petani: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
