Production Flow Coordinator will be responsible for managing the production flow, ensuring that operations are efficient and adhere to quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong mathematical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in productivity management, overtime control, and ensuring high-quality outputs. While experience in the food production industry is not required, a proactive attitude and strong organizational skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate between the technical chef and the production team to establish and streamline the production workflow. Monitor and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery and minimize overtime. Implement quality control measures and ensure that production meets the required standards. Track and report on productivity metrics to optimize performance and improve efficiency.Work closely with the production team to troubleshoot any issues in the workflow and provide solutions for continuous improvement. Use Excel and other tools to manage and analyze production data.Assist in implementing company protocols and ensure all team members follow set guidelines. Support the team in meeting production targets and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Requirements: Mathematics Proficiency: A proven track record of high achievement in mathematics (A-grade or equivalent). Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with a proven ability to pass a skills test. Education: Bachelor's degree in any field. Experience: No prior experience in the food production industry is required; training and workflow guidance will be provided. Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing production tasks.
