Production Junior Executive (Food)

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily production schedules, ensuring alignment with production targets for volume, quality, and delivery timelines.
Suggest improvements regarding product application and delivery schedules to ensure high-quality products for customers.
Supervise the entire production operations process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth workflow and timely delivery of the final product.
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and address technical needs for new product introductions.
Team Management:
Supervise production staff and ensure their performance aligns with the Company goals and expectations.
Conduct briefings and training sessions for staff on new SOPs and best practices.
Plan and schedule staffing to ensure sufficient workforce coverage during peak production periods.
Process Optimization:
Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, purchasing, logistics, and QC) to streamline operations and solve production challenges.
Quality Control:
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain high-quality standards across all production stages.
Monitor and assess quality control processes, and liaise with the QC team to resolve any quality issues promptly.
Maintenance and Safety:
Ensure the proper maintenance and functionality of production equipment and tools.
Enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and submit regular reports or updates on production performance, staff efficiency, and any identified challenges or improvements.
Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for optimization, and provide actionable recommendations to Management.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Job / Skills Requirements:
Proven at least 2 years' experience in a Production Senior / Leader role, preferably in the Bakery, Pastry, and competent in Hot meal preparation.
Strong knowledge of production processes and food safety regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Ability to manage a team, handle production planning, and optimize processes.
Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in bakery and cooking techniques.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
Reporting to:Managing Director & General Manager
Working Location:Demak Laut
Working Hours:8:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Thursday) & 8:00 – 17:00 (Friday)
