Production Junior Executive

To provide support to Production Manager and Production Assistant Manager.- Analyses the production process and data entry, to identify and implement improvements in daily processes.- Review and update and maintain all KPI monitoring systems, including HeveaPRO metrics, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Utility Consumption and process performance.- Verifying daily report and other relevant reports that provide insights into production performance, chemicals usage and highlighting areas for improvement.- Oversee and control stock levels in production, ensuring accurate figures with all related departments.- Promptly report any abnormalities found on the production line to superiors, facilitating quick resolution and minimizing impact.- Prepare Store Requisition Forms for essential production items, usage and balance stock report.- Perform additional duties as assigned by Management or immediate superiors, embracing a flexible approach to support the production team's needs.**Requirements**:- Diploma/Degree in any field- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, demonstrating strong computer literacy- Ability to analyse data and generate reports that contribute to strategic planning and process optimization- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with various departments- 6 days working in a week**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)
