ResponsibilitiesExperience with Quality Assurance, Quality Control in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are welcome, training will be provided.
Handle challenging manufacturing environment that is relatively hot.
Monitor each stage of production lines as assigned.
Work with production team to ensure cost-effective, high quality & timely delivery of products.
Oversee visual and physical inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Conduct sensory evaluation of products.
Ensure that food products comply with national and international food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
Prepare material test report for new product.
Ensure FIFO is in practice on raw materials and finished products.
Monitor cleanliness in production area.
Minimum RequirementsDegree or Diploma in related field.
