Job Responsibilities:To plan, manage and monitor the performance of production & logistic activities to meet customer requirements and regulatory compliances.
Continuously analyze current production & logistic state and recommend changes in process flow, operating procedures and equipment to optimize and maximize production efficiency.
Demonstrate good coaching skills to drive production & logistic team to meet operation KPIs (SQDCME) and lead the performance management activities to enforce a continuous improvement culture.
Demonstrate good analytical skills to determine root cause of non-compliances and propose and implement the right countermeasures to avoid recurrences.
To support new product introduction (project & launches) activities coordinated by project engineer.
To continuously assess and improve working environment safety and quality to sustain Environmental, Safety Health - ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IATF 16949 certifications.
Demonstrate flexibility and agility to perform any other tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
Able to work in 2 shifts.
