The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing machinery, ensuring quality production while adhering to safety and efficiency standards.Key Responsibilities:-Operate and monitor printing machines (e.g., UV Direct, Laser, Heat Transfer, Silkscreen etc).-Set up machines according to job specifications and production schedules.-Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet standards.-Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to minimize downtime.-Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.-Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and production goals are met.-Maintain accurate production records and documentation.-Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.-Assist in setting up and operating printing machines as needed.-Perform general labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials.-Prepare materials for printing runs, including cutting and sorting.-Conduct quality inspections on printed materials and report any issues.-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.  Qualifications:-High school diploma or equivalent.-Previous experience in a printing environment preferred.-Knowledge of printing processes and machine operations.-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.-Good communication and teamwork skills.Skills:-Knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.-Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly.-Knowledge of AI or any other printing software.
