Production Manager (Aerosol Paint) / Up To $10,000 Monthly

Responsibilities: Manage daily production & operations processes to meet quality and target goalsPartner with Production Head to improve efficiencyEnsure production equipment and facilities are well-maintainedCoordinate with Maintenance Head to minimize downtime and plan equipment upgradesSupervise inventory and delivery of raw materials and finished goodsCollaborate with Store Heads and Production Planner for optimal stock levelsEnforce health and safety policies; work with Safety Officer to reduce risksLead initiatives to streamline production and enhance team performanceSet and track KPIs, aligning team goals with business objectivesSupport top management in aligning engineering activities and standardizing processes Requirements:  Min Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related fieldAt least 6 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing & Production  Other information: Company based in Muar (Relocation support provided) Mon - Fri, Office hour (9am-6pm)MYR 8,000 - 10,000 per month  Interested candidates, kindly send in your updated resume via Apply Now or email to [email protected] We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
