Production Manager (Automotive Industry) - Pandan

**Responsibilities**:- Lead Production and manufacturing team and drive plans, determine optimal utilization of 4M (Manpower,machine,method and material) to meet production goals both current and future requirements.- Guided, supervised and checked the daily production arrangement and management, and organized the statistics and analysis of various production data- Ensure produce with quality products and analyze the causes of unqualified products, review and improve the quality problems, and improve the qualified rate of products;- Execute the development and production of new products- Knowledgeable and responsible for SAP system in production dept- Directly report to Chief Operations Officer**Challenging for this position:- **- Variety Model Low Volume Production- At least 5 years managerial experience in manufacturing plant (assembly/ automotive)- Effective problem identification and solution skills- Good time-management skills to achieve production targets within set timeframe- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines- Capacity to analyze risk and make contingency plans- Excellent communication skills to build key relationships with your team and other department**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time**Salary**: Up to RM10,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Tebrau: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- production manager: 5 years (preferred)- electronics industry: 5 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
