Our client is an international corporation located in Brunei, which involved in developing, marketing and promoting Brunei halal foods products across the world is looking for a Production Manager.Job Descriptions:- Plan and draw up a production schedule and monitor the production processes to adjust schedules as needed.- Implement and develop the production policies and procedure.- Decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate.- Set the quality standards and ensure high level of hygiene of the working environment and ensure good quality work and good quality of product as per standard.- Ensure that the production will be cost effective by estimating costs and negotiating and agreeing budgets with both clients and managers.- Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programmes.- Liaise with different departments, teams and companies, e.g. suppliers, managers, clients'- Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times'- Ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met.- Collate and analyse data, putting together production reports for both factory managers and customers- Supervise and motivate a team of members and review their performance to identify training needs.- To be involved in the all the production stages such as pre-production (planning) stage, control and supervision stage and etc.- Responsible for machine testing to ensure good production condition and machines are calibrated and recalibrated before and after production procedures.- Ensure timely preparation and availability of all production materials to avoid shortage during production.- Responsible in keeping regular and proper record on production activities, progress, inconvenient situations and faults.- Following up on faults identified (if any) and liaising with the maintenance department for troubleshooting.- Responsible in the running of the operating systems according to the instructions given.- Follow the established rules, targets about the waste products and safety rules.- Any duties given by Management from time to time.- Shift and 'on-call' work may be required by Management from time to time.- To keep KPI set by the company.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Process, or Plant Engineering, Business or Management or any related field.- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in FMCG (food) products with multinational companies.- Willing to work in Brunei.Benefits: 20 days annual leave, accommodation, transportation, medical insurance, flight to Brunei & home, etcContract length: 24 months**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- Willing to work in Brunei**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- FMCG (food) products: 10 years (required)
