Why Join Us?  5 work days per week Attractive salary package + KPI Incentive Overseas training opportunities at China Responsibilities: Develop departmental plans aligned with company goals; set and break down annual objectives by section.Optimize departmental structure and job roles based on organizational needs and staffing.Build and motivate the team; conduct training and manage performance in line with company culture.Manage the departmental budget, control expenses, and improve cost efficiency.Create and regularly review annual production forecasts; develop and adjust quarterly and monthly plans.Monitor process and quality indicators; implement and refine quality objectives.Manage inventory and procurement to reduce costs and enhance turnover rates.Oversee maintenance and performance checks of machinery; coordinate regular inspections and support new product development. Requirements: Bachelor's or higher degree in Science or Engineering, preferably in Chemical specialty.Over 8 years in production, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
