Production Manager (CNC Manufacturing) - Penang & Johor Job Description Lead our precision engineering manufacturing operations. Oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery of products. Manufacturing Process Oversight: Lead and manage all facets of the manufacturing process, including planning, scheduling, and executing production to meet customer orders and project deadlines. Resource Optimization: Develop and implement effective resource planning strategies to optimize the utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials. Quality Assurance Leadership: Establish and maintain rigorous quality control procedures to ensure all products meet required specifications and industry standards.Health and Safety Leadership: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the manufacturing facility.Cost Management and Efficiency: Monitor and control production costs, including labor, materials, and overhead.Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of manufacturing and production staff.
