Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to join our dynamic in-house production team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the end-to-end production process, ensuring the seamless execution of projects and the delivery of high-quality creative content.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in video production, including budgeting, scheduling, planning, and production itself. You should also have a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creativity. They will collaborate seamlessly with various departments, including creative, logistics, and technical teams, to ensure smooth and efficient production workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the day-to-day production process including allocating resources and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Responsible for developing, managing and planning budgets, logistics and project timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative directors, designers, writers, production crew, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to secure necessary materials and services for projects.
Maintain high standards of creative output by conducting regular reviews and quality assessments.
Liaise with clients / managers to understand objectives, expectations and thoroughly understand project requirements.
Communicate project updates, timelines, and any potential issues, ensuring client satisfaction.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Film, TV production, broadcasting, multimedia, communications or a related field is required.
8-12 years of experience as a Production Manager or in a comparable role.
In-depth knowledge of production and a solid understanding of quality standards.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Wide network of industry contacts is preferred but optional.
Knowledge of local laws and regulations including safety regulations, insurance, contracts, and labor laws.
