Position Title:Production Manager
Snapshot of the role:
Plan, direct and manage operation and production to achieve the desired optimum production output and quality at lowest cost.
Oversee the daily operation to ensure desired optimum hatching egg quality and saleable chicks at the lowest cost possible.
Improve and enhance the efficiencies in the production line for cost control and maximize resources to meet production schedules.
Direct and oversee the maintenance of equipment to ensure high standards of safety, cleanliness, and productivity; and manage logistics to ensure continuous supply to customers.
Take charge of manpower planning and optimization; provide guidance, mentoring, and motivation to staff in carrying out their roles and responsibilities, which include delegation of work, setting goals, and reviewing results.
Work closely with HQ to meet required standards, policies, and procedures.
Prepare, monitor, review, and analyze daily and weekly production reports.
What you'll need to succeed:
Possess a Bachelor's Degree.
At least 4 years in a managerial capacity.
Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Computer literacy and meticulous attention to data.
Willing to work in Bau, Sarawak (15m from Kuching).
Able to adapt to working during weekends, public holidays, and night shifts if necessary.
Sarawakians shall be given first priority.
