Production Manager

Production Manager - Kulai, Johor- Head the plant operations and supervise the Production, QA, Maintenance, and Safety functions.- Meet targets for plant production, productivity, costs etc.- Overall responsibility would include setting up systems, operations budgeting, production interface with sales, optimizing on productivity, cost, and quality and customer satisfaction.- Direct and coordinate production, processing and shipping activities of the organization.- Develop budgets and approve expenditures for supplies, materials and human resources, ensuring that materials, labor and equipment are used efficiently to meet production targets.- Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or other processing problems.- Initiate and coordinate inventory and cost control, lean and safety programs.- Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures.**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
