Production Manager

**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for the production planning to ensure output is met with quantity and quality standard.- To manage and resolve quality and production issues.- To set, monitor and take action on production targets i.e. Productivity, Efficiency and Machine Down time.- To motivate and lead production teams to achieve the target.- To optimize resources utilization such as manpower, raw materials etc and reduce wastage or downtime.- To Lead and organize trouble shooting in case the operational level is unable to solve any problematic issues.- To ensure effective production management and delegation/execution of work and responsibility of the production team.- To maintenance high level of safety and housekeeping at all time and to ensure the best practice of manufacturing in terms of production and cost controlling.**Job Requirements**:- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related/similar field is required for this position.- Applicants must be willing to work in KOTA TINGGI.- Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.- One Full-Time position(s) available.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM3,772.78 - RM10,259.77 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Day shift- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kota Tinggi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Manufacturing: 5 years (required)
