Production Manager

**JOB SPECIFICATION**- Manage CNC sheet metal production, bus bar production and assembly production line.- Manage mechanical engineers, CNC programmers, production supervisors and production workers.- Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.- Maintenance of CNC and Sheet metal machines and other production Equipment- Review machines and manpower performance and analysis to improve efficiency.- Drive Production Quality output and revenue as target set- Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.- Metal parts inventory management- preventing shortage and excess.- Review and optimize production schedule to meet the deadline.- Cut down wastage/scrap occur during production process.JOB REQUIREMENT- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in mechanical/ manufacturing engineering, industrial management, or related field.- Experience with CNC sheet metal machines and metal parts production and assembly is highly desired.- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory.- Familiar with mechanical parts or assembly drawings.- Outstanding time management skills.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong management and leadership skills dealing with engineers, supervisors and workers.- Min 8 years & above experience in Switchgear manufacturing will be added advantage.**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Senai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
