Production Manager

Supervise printing, slitting, converting, maintenance and incoming store section. (as per organization chart)Coordinate efforts across maintenance staff to make sure all tasks are completed in a timely fashion.Solve technical problems related to all activities on the production floor and ensure a smooth production process and work flow.
To monitor the machine output and productivity, to ensure schedule is completed and each shift is staffed appropriately.
Supervise incoming store, to ensure the materials are labeled properly and the physical quantity matches the quantity mentioned in Delivery Order.Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resource.Recommend process improvements and cost reduction to enhance production quality and capacity.To train and evaluate workersInvestigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutionsLiaising with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirementsEnsure output meets quality standards
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
