Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the production team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and budgets to meet production targets.
Monitor production processes and adjust workflows to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, quality control, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and lean manufacturing principles.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using production management software and tools.
Expertise in IATF and ISO standards, with the ability to implement and maintain compliance.
Degree in Electronics & Mechatronics or equivalent experience.
