Production Manager

**About us**We are professional, agile and innovative.Our work environment includes:- Modern office setting- Food provided- To lead the production department on daily production flow, processes and manpower, which compliance and adherence to quality and production planning.- To plan on daily and monthly production planning; organize the production schedule and relevant time tables.- To develop and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.- To investigate problems, analyse root causes, and define solutions with relevant department, to ensure execute the daily smooth production flow.- To achieve targeted production input and output with proper material planning and process management.- To prepare production daily, weekly and yearly production reports and forecast.- Responsible to determine the efficient usage of the available resources, equipment, and labour in term to meet production goals and company objectives.- To manage, review and motivate the staffs in term to meet the performance, safety, and food safety certifications' requirements.- Establish and enforce company policies and food safety procedure.- Ensure products are following certified international standards and requirements.- Ensure the production machinery is in good working order and at optimal efficiency.**Requirement: -**- At least 5 years of working experience in the Manufacturing field is required.- Preferably Manager specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.- Experience in food manufacturing and R&D knowledge is an added advantage- Mature, proactive and dynamic individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.- Strong interpersonal and supervision skills- Computer literate and able to work independently- Willing to work in Bestari Jaya, Selangor**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- FOOD MANUFACTURING: 3 years (required)- R&D: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)- English (required)Expected Start Date: 08/01/2023
