**Be part of our team!**:**Production Manager**:**Your Responsibilities**:- Ensure timely manufacture of customer orders to agreed product quality standards. (To meet company operation KPI targets agreed and set by management)- Drive cost management activity in line with cost related budget and / or forecasted revenue- Engage diligently with other AT&S departments to implement the necessary technologies as per agreed roadmap with TDI and respective BU ME functions- Meet ramp schedule for equipment, manpower, qualification.- Meet Determine necessary resource allocation in line with budget.- Partner HR resources to ensure adequate employee training structures are in place.- Ensure employee base is appropriately trained through use of planned training activities.- Effective Target deployment process to the staff (Meet HC Budget, Achieve KPI, Carry out IPM activities).- Effective management of equipment, technologies, spare parts and associated support tooling to optimize output of production lines- Continuously improve, timely and accurately report major indicators of Plant operations:- OTD, Quality (Customer measures)- Yield and Efficiency (Cost measures)- Lead strategic Project activity in agreement with business requirements / BOM requests.- Share best practices with other AT&S locations through BU functions like BU IE, BU quality etc.- Ensure adherence to qualified processes, technologies and materials.- Drive the quality, environment and health and safety philosophy of AT&S.- Support maintenance and development of certifications (quality, environment, health & safety, UL.- Ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations of the management manual, laws, regulations.- Design and implement the structure of the operation team- Define responsibility and authority for operations team- Set priorities and assure execution of commitments- Define necessary infrastructure in terms of equipment and staff- Allocate human resources and funds- Decide on selection of new employees- Set up job descriptions and responsibilities for new employees- Conduct IPMs**Your Profile**:- 5 years of experience in similar position and min 10 years of experience in PCB Industry. In depth Knowledge of the plating and chemical processes- University degree or high School (HTL) in mechanical or electrical engineering, chemistry or physics- Several years of professional experience in PCB or Semiconductor industry- Good analytical skills with attention to detail- Knowledge of budgeting cost estimating, and fiscal management principles and procedures.- Good knowledge/understanding of the PCB, Semiconductor and electronic market.- Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals.- Integrated and interdisciplinary thinking and acting- Self-motivating ability to foster a cooperative work environment.- Ability to supervise and train staff, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.- Assertiveness, stress resistant, experience in leadership of intercultural teams- Ability to represent the company internally and externally**Our Offer**:- Personal and professional growth opportunities in a Greenfield Project of a recognized MNC- A chance to actively contribute to AT&S´ success and to create value- A secure position with long-term career perspective in an internationally expanding environment- Attractive and competitive compensation package
