Production Manager

We are an established Company specializing in roasted groundnuts and savoury nut products. In line with our rapid expansion, we cordially invite suitably qualified and result oriented to join us and be a part of the team for the above position.Responsiblities:- Review sales order assigned and generate the work orders into the operation system.- Responsible for material planning in order to meet the sales order required date.- Responsible for overall loading vs. capacity, cycle time and the output performance of assigned product.- To ensure high production yield in good quality with minimum wastage.- To ensure machines are regularly maintained and able to be operated efficiently with minimum breakdown.- To liasise with Quality Control Department on quality related matters.- To ensure that workers understand their job well & able to carry out their task per instructions.- Manpower utilization planning and coordination.- Conduct trainings for subordinates.**Requirements**:- Must be knowledgeable in Manufacturing and Production Operation.- Prefered 2 - 3 yeras working experience in the Food Manufacturing Industries (especially in savoury nut products or snack food)- Computer literate in MS Excel and MS.
