_**Job Role**_: Oversees factory manufacturing operations: plans, coordinates, and controls production to ensure timely, budget-friendly product delivery. Preferred **Manufacturing Foundry / Ferrous Casting**.- **Note**:_Required experience in _**Metal Casting, including melting metal shapes, forming molds, and casting iron, is advantageous for applicants.**_**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Supervise the _**Production process and create schedule.**_- Implement _**Cost-effective practices to boost efficiency, managing resources for productivity and reduced downtime.**_- Implement _**strategies to cut expenses, boost productivity for all products, ensure staff follow health and safety rules.**_- Estimate _**costs, set quality standards, and monitor processes to ensure timely delivery.**_- Manage Equipment selection, _**Maintenance, and Inspections. Enforce quality control for Product standards.**_- Stay updated on _**new technologies and strategies, oversee manufacturing processes, communicate updates to staff, and enforce SOPs for defect prevention.**_- Responsible for _**managing deployment of resource, assets, processes, and systems effectively to meet production targets**_ while upholding safety, quality, and cost standards.- Leading _**cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improve efficiency, and develop employees through mentoring, coaching, and performance reviews.**_- Nurture _**team culture to align with department values**_. Establish open _**communication mechanisms for better relationships, productivity, and positive workplace culture.**_- Empower and _**promote self-development. Prepare monthly production reports.**_**REQUIREMENTS**- **DEGREE in **_**(Administration Manufacturing Foundry)**_- Minimum _**5 years and above in Production Manager experience (In Foundry Manufacturing Management Experience)**_- Preferred working in **Manufacturing Foundry / Ferrous Casting** will be an added advantage.- Experience in _**Metal Casting, including melting metal shapes into liquid, forming molds, and casting iron, is advantageous.**_- Able to provide _**mentorship, coaching, and guidance to team member.**_- Strong _**leadership skills and result-oriented.**_- Excellent _**communication skills, problem-solving, planning and organizing.**_- Independent _**self-starter, able to interact with all levels of personnel.**_**OTHER CRITERIA**- Gender: Male- Age: 35 years and above- Normal Working Hours _**(Mon-Fri (or on-call)**_- Must be willing to work in _**(Pusing,Perak Only)**_Pay: From RM9,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Working: 3 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Willingness to travel:- 50% (required)Expected Start Date: 05/27/2024
