You will play an important role as per below: Production Planning and Scheduling:
Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and company objectives. Coordinate with procurement, quality control, and other departments to ensure seamless production flow. Monitor and adjust schedules to accommodate changes in demand, equipment availability, and other variables. Team Management:
Supervise and lead a team of production supervisors, technicians, and operators. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities. Foster a safe, collaborative, and productive work environment. Process Optimization:
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality. Utilize lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions. Quality Assurance:
Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications. Collaborate with the quality control team to develop and enforce quality assurance protocols. Address customer complaints and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence. Resource Management:
Manage the use of materials, equipment, and labor to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. Oversee the maintenance and repair of molding machines and related equipment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and quality metrics. Prepare and present production reports to senior management. Implement and maintain ISO or other relevant certifications and documentation. To succeed in this role, we will need you to have: SPM/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role in manufacturing /production industry. Demonstrated expertise in molding OR spraying processes , including a deep understanding of various materials and equipment used in the industry. Proficiency in Mandarin is MUST in order to review and analyze and communicate with our parent company in China.
