Production Manager

**Roles**:- Material or tool planning for 3 months usage- Work with relevant department to improve cost and quality performance- Analysis line of balance to improve bottleneck process with relevant department.- Drive improvement activity for Quality or Safety excursion- Ensure organization achieve daily target and KPI.- Train and mentor production supervisors and employees to deliver on commitments and objectives.- Develop, review and implement suitable measured performance standards for production supervisors and staff ensuring that they are continuously met.**Requirements**:- Diploma and Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferably), Electrical/ Mechatronic or related field- Minimum Diploma with 15 years of working experience, Degree holder with 10 years of working experience.- PCB experience will be advance, People management skill and trouble shooting, strong leadership and good analysis skill.- Strong leadership that can lead the department.- Applicants must be willing to work at Batu Kawan, Penang.**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
