**Job Title**: Production Manager**Industry**: Metal Manufacturing/Production**Salary**: RM6,000/month + OT: RM10/hour + Site forming: RM80/day + RM30/day for meal allowance**Working Hours**: 8.15am - 5.30pmWe are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to join our team in the metal manufacturing/production industry.**Responsibilities**:- **Machine and Workforce Management**: Supervise and manage the operation of 3 machines and a team of 4 workers to ensure smooth production processes.- **Production Oversight**: Take charge of the production process from start to finish, ensuring quality output, adherence to deadlines, and optimal resource utilization.- **Quality Assurance**: Implement quality control measures to uphold product standards and ensure customer satisfaction.- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels, order materials as needed, and maintain sufficient stock to support production schedules.- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement measures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.- **Performance Evaluation**: Evaluate machine performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency and productivity.- **Training and Development**: Provide training and guidance to machine operators and production staff to enhance their skills and improve overall performance.- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on production activities, including output, efficiency, and any issues encountered, for management review.**Requirements**:- Proven experience in a similar role within the metal manufacturing/production industry, preferably in metal roofing.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse workforce.- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to effectively prioritize tasks and meet production targets.- Sound technical knowledge of production processes and machinery operation.- Understanding of safety regulations and protocols in a manufacturing environment.- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members and management.- Flexibility to work overtime as required to meet production demands.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Up to RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
