Production Manager

JOB VACANCYPOSITION - PRODUCTION MANAGERLOCATION - KAPAR, KLANGSALARY - RM 5000-8000Plan, manage and control overall productions activities to achieve daily production output.Take overall charge of all production's personnel. To liaise closely with Factory Manager and all section HOD/managers on the monthly production planning and to ensure schedule of each order delivery is met.Manage and control overall rejection to achieve zero rejection rate. To ensure high productivity and minimum wastage. Minimize wastage of source raw material, natural resources, finish goods rejection.To plan and implement preventive maintenance for all dipping lines. Responsible for production, former and plant maintenance. Manage, communicate and monitor the preventive maintenance schedule to ensure minimum unscheduled downtime, build good rapportTo provide production reports to FM timely to ensure all production KPI are delivered. To ensure output and quality of finished goods meet the required standards.Ensure all factories consumable are available at all times, to reduce downtime and maximize production time by coordinating with all departments.Control employees' discipline and headcount of departments.Organize and re-deploy workers in times of emergency stoppage.Planning manpower allocation and assessment of worker capabilityProvide proactive input of improvisation to the production process flow in manpower management, utilities management and/or all related to productions.To ensure all the workers follow the safety rules and regulations in daily operations.Responsible to upkeep the cleanliness of plant and factory by organizing regular spot checks and organize cleaning workers. Take priority on emphasising safety related matters in work place to inspire safety working environment.**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
