Production Manager

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate in Engineering(mechanical) or equivalent.Required Languages: Bahasa Malaysia,English,Mandarin (for dealing with customer and supplier purpose)At least 5 Year(s) of working experience as a Manager in the manufacturing environment preferably but not compulsary in Plastic Injection or Electrical Assembly environmentsMust a hands on person with strong leadership skill to manage and execute production planRaise employee's productivity and instill high quality standards throughout the production processPlan,organize,direct and control on the aspects of manpower,machine & equipment capacity and to maximize resource utilizationTo continuously look into ways to enhance the productivity of the production by utilizing machine capacity and manpower in an optimum way
