JOB RESPONSIBILITIES To ensure the Production Assembly Line produce within allocated Man-hours & Resources To ensure the Production section will Assembled vehicles according to the Target Agreement without any failure and Assembly Defect. To ensure the assembly is having the require Quality Standard according to the Specification given by Principal and Present Value in the Program. To Prepare Production Forecast & Schedule Take a continuous improvement approach to manufacturing processes to ensure output improves and product quality meets specifications. To ensure the CKD & CBU Claims Report are up-to-date and to follow up with Principal for their action at the same time to monitor the Claim Parts delivery To Submit & Discuss Monthly Production Report to HOD (Production Activity) To achieve the Quality Target set for Assembly Product. Maintain High Standard of Product Quality & Zero Defect from all area. With systematic Approach & Measured the Effectiveness & Preventive Actions are taken Enforce and ensure adherence of Safety Guideline and Regulations for Staffs Monitor and Manage Staff Discipline, Welfare and Grooming To verify the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Production Report To proper Manage & Control of Section Operating Cost To monitor Daily Attendance of Staff Implement a program of Preventive/Predictive maintenance w/calibration for all Production & Warehouse Equipment's and Machines Ensure good, clean and safe working environment in the factory by implementing the basic requirements outlined in the respective municipal regulations and government legislation. A 5S environment and approach To ensure the Daily Production Output to be achieved according Target Plan JOB REQUIREMENT Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional in any field or equivalent. Fluent to write and talk in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin as MUST More than 5 years working experiences in manufacturing and management line. Experience in Automotive Industry's background (3-5 Years) is a MUST Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven Exhibit strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Good attitude and responsible character Able to communicate in integration with foreigners Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional team members
