Production Manager - Mandarin

1. To oversee, provide guidance and lead all department operations.2. To manage and lead the company to achieve vision, mission and quality objective.3. To lead the whole team and meet customers expectation in terms of QC.4. To monitor and control company budget, capital investment and expenses.6. Able to lead, coordinate, provide ideas and suggestion to HOD.7. Play an important part in company P&L and growth.8. Work towards operation excellence in all aspects.9. To manage and lead a team of 300++ total workforce and almost 10 departments. Requirements:1. Minimum: degree holder in any discipline.2. Minimum 10 years of production experience in a manufacturing environment. Must have at least 2 years production experience in a manufacturing company involved in plastic injection molding.3. Must be below 55 years old.4.
