This role involves managing production processes, ensuring quality standards, optimizing efficiency, and leading a team of professionals to achieve schedule and delivery.Collaborate with the Quality Dept. to ensure that good, quality parts are being produced in Injection Molding to meet the needs of both internal and external customers.Establish proper job methods and job instruction to support the needs to achieve quality objective.Develop and implement the quality management system, ensuring compliance with the IATF 16949 quality system, ISO9001, and ISO14001 standards.Proactive, self-disciplined and highly motivated individual.Periodical meeting with subordinates to ensure understanding of production objectives and suggestions.Continuously explore and implement instructions to improve the performance of the sections to achieve customer's need.Responsible and accountable for ensuring all safety standards are observed and maintained.Troubleshooting problems as needed and providing technical leadership to your department, offering recommendations on process and material enhancements.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities and work under pressure simultaneously.Manage and control the molding production to accomplish department goals. Identify training needs for subordinates, review available training programs and schedule to be trained.Requirement Diploma, Certificate or Bachelor's degree in related field or 5-7 years of experience in production management or operations experienceMinimum 5 years of solid experience in managing manufacturing operations, preferably in plastics injection and experience in trouble shooting molding defects issues.
