Job Description:
Principal Duties:
Lead process team to design process and prepare package for FA and new product (PCPF Sample, FA sample, and qualification package).
Drive quality improvement for mass production (Troubleshooting, Design & conduct DOE, and optimize process).
Provide root cause analysis and solution on quality issues due to processes complained by customers.
Manage process control (Train & guide production & process team on process control), and lead process improvement.
Involve in customer audits for process and qualification.
Organize process control and follow up on customer audit findings.
Lead & manage new projects, quality improvement, and innovations for the plating process.
Drive MRB improvement & rework activities.
Manage process team on Safety, 5S, Company policy & regulation, and environmental policy implementation.
Secondary Duties:
Technical Support to other divisions & Management on Plating Process.
Support new business on Plating process and cleanliness.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or related field.
Prior experience in a Production Manager role.
Excellent communication & leadership skills.
Experience in the field of surface treatments for metal parts.
Experience in surface treatment processes and management.
Knowledge of materials, coatings, and surface treatment technologies.
Sub Specialization:Engineering; Electrical / Electronics / Semi-conductor
