Job Title: Production Operator
Responsibilities:
Machine Operation:Operate various woodworking machinery including saws, planers, drills, sanders, and CNC machines to process wood materials according to specifications.
Assembly:Assemble wood components using hand tools, power tools, and adhesives to create finished products such as furniture, cabinets, or fixtures.
Quality Control:Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Ability to identify defects and inconsistencies in finished products.
Maintenance:Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Troubleshoot issues and make minor repairs as needed.
Safety Compliance:Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Production Efficiency:Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvement.
Documentation:Record production data, including quantities produced, materials used, and any issues encountered during the manufacturing process.
