Production Operator

**Position Overview**: The Laser/Bending/Pretreatment/Welding/Silkscreen Operator is directly responsible for all aspects of parts in support of the Production Department as well as maintaining production throughput in accordance with customer-established on-time delivery and quality expectations.**Essential Job Responsibilities**:- Follow all safety, environmental, and housekeeping rules to maintain a safe working environment.- Accurate and timely completion of documentation.- Engage in ongoing training opportunities, continuous process improvement initiatives and periodic performance assessments.- Operating machinery and tools at a production site.- Monitoring and troubleshooting machinery.- Assembling products or components.- Packing products or components for shipment or further processing.- Sorting and inspecting products for quality assurance purposes.- Removing defective products and rejects.**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:- Detail oriented, neat, and orderly.- Ensure 6S requirement daily (before start & end of shift).- Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing/engineering industry.- Able to comprehend electrical / mechanical drawings.- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.- Multiple position available.**Requirements**:**Minimum Job Requirements**:- SPM or equivalent- Experience in a production environment is preferred.**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Experience**:- Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)Expected Start Date: 06/01/2024
