Production Operator

Machine operators in beverage processing plant to operate single function & multi-function production equipment to process, to fill, to package and to palletize beverage products Key Responsibilities:
a. Measure, weigh & mix minor ingredients as given recipes.
b. Operate & maintain process equipment according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
c. Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and food safety standards are met.
d. Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment to maintain hygiene and safety standards. 
d. Perform inline product quality checks as Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
e. Document production data in log sheet for output, product quality, critical & operational control points.
g. Perform minor maintenance & troubleshoot process abnormalities with line leader or supervisor.
h. Establish good communication within production and cross-functional team.
h. Work closely with fellow operators as a team to achieve safety, quality and production goals.
i. Attend operational & maintenance skill enhancement program as assigned by superior.
i. Perform other duties as requested by production section leader and supervisor.
Work Schedule:

6 days / week
Night shift
8 hours shift
