Production & Packing Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced **Production & Packing Supervisor** to oversee our production and Packing operations. You'll guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows.Responsibilities- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules- Oversee and coach employees- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance- Check production output according to specificationsRequirements and skills- Advanced skills in MS Office- Organizational and leadership abilities- Communication and interpersonal skills- Problem-solving skills**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)Expected Start Date: 04/01/2024
