Production Planner Assistant

Job Scope: 1) To follow up and highlight discrepancy to the progress of Master Planned Schedule 2) To monitor the production performance and output 3) To liaise with sub-con on order and delivery schedule 4) To input daily production data into computer system 5) To generate production job order and prepare daily product transfer form 6) Update and maintain proper recording, filing and identification of documents 7) To update and monitor daily production, rejection and production performance and output 8) Update and highlight discrepancy to the progress of Master Planned Schedule against production output 9) Manage and control outer carton labels 10) To issue memo to production on amendment of planning Job Requirements: a) Preferably minimum 1 - 2 years' experience on relevant role b) Required language(s): Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia & English c) Computer literacy and excellent knowledge of MS Office d) Team player, good in communication and interpersonal skills e) Responsible, initiative and ability to meet deadlines f) Self-motivated & possess a positive working attitude g) Diploma / Degree in Business Studies or relevant h) Fresh graduates are also encouraged to applyOur vision is to be recognized as an Innovative, Technology Driven and Customer-Focused Company.Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
