Production Planner Executive (Local Japanese

To coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to daily and weekly production schedules.2. To review and distribute among production work and shipment schedules3. Conferring with Supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates, inventory levels and solving production problems.4. To ensure daily production requirements are achieved to meet customer expectation5. To analyze and prepare documents needed for production6. To create production schedule and prioritize job orders for production optimization7. To maintain the production schedule and others reports as required8. Follow up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectation9. Interacts with Supervisors or Section leader on daily basis to resolve issues regarding manufacturing efficiencies or additional information as requested from manufacturing and customer10. To make sure all QMS requirements are satisfied11. To contribute to continuous improvement of production, safety, quality, cost, productivity and work environment- ** Requirement**:- Education Background : Recognized Degree holder on related field or equivalent.- Experience : Min 2 - 3 years of related working experience with N2 Japanese language skills- Require Skill:1. Have good knowledge of Manufacturing Management2. Know how to improve operation/job steps3. Strong organizational and communication skills4. Details-oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines5. Good customer service/phone skills and flexibility for handling a wide range of activities6. Good knowledge of 5S7. Able to implement and manage production planning including material planning- **Other Language**: Malay, English, Japanese- ** Benefit**: RM 50 (Klinik Mediviron) & others
