Production Planner

According to customer needs, arrange weekly, daily SMT plan and testing plan for Malaysia factoryCombine the production plans and customer order requirements, formulate delivery plans, and reply to the order delivery time to the salesSupervise the daily production status of the BCM factory in Malaysia, and the progress of each work order to ensure that orders are delivered on timeReasonably control the inventory of finished products/materials, communicate with the domestic market in a timely manner, and control the reasonable inventory level of finished products and raw materialsCoordinate domestic and overseas direct shipment of materials to Malaysia factories and the status of locally sourced materials, deal material quality issue with relative department to ensure smooth productionFollow up the material shortage and keep the EMS production line's input smoothly.Handling of abnormal situations related production and shipping.Other matters assigned by the leadership. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above.Good understanding on international trade (for example, FOB, CIF, DDP and so on)Familiar with how to develop an EMS factory and fully understand the processes Good capability to calculate manufacture costUnderstand Basic business cooperation contract 3-7 years of planned work experience, familiar with the SMT production process in the electronics industry, 2-3 years' experience with logistics function Good command in Chinese and English will be added advantage as need to liaise with China counterpart (Write/Listen/Read).SAP using experience is plus.
