Production Planner

**Position Title: Production Planner****Industry: Glass Manufacturing****Location: Sungai Buloh****Salary: RM4500 - RM5500****Responsibilities**:- Responsible for daily production planning and scheduling of raw materialsarrangement, in process WIP until finished goods.- Strive to attain department budgets, goals and KPIs set.- Monitoring of Production output achievements as per schedule daily, weekly andmonthly reports.- To ensure there is sufficient stock level to avoid delivery failure to customers- To highlight if there is possibility of stock level criticality to supply to customers, andto re-plan production schedule to mitigate the criticality and to recover volume lostwhen there is a production issue.- To plan weekly production schedule by using MPS (Master Production Schedule) toensure stock level target is achieved and capacity utilization is optimized.- To plan and execute export shipments.- To coordinate with related production department in order to ensure smoothproduction.- Other related matters to production planning.**Requirements**:Professional Degree, in any Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain orequivalent.- Computer literate: Intermediate in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint.- Required skill(s):Analytical analysis, able to work independently, problem solvingskills, good interpersonal skills, dynamic, energetic and resourceful team player- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English- Preferably at least 4 year(s) of working experience in production, materials orcapacity planning in the manufacturing industry.- Good interpersonal skills, and able to communicate effectively with people at alllevels.- Knowledge of the SAP system will be an advantage.- Applicants must be willing to work in SUNGAI BULOH, SELANGOR.**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- Are you comfortable working in a hot and noisy environment ?- Are you familiar with Pivot & Vlookup?
