is seeking a proactive and analytical Production Planner to join our thriving manufacturing team in Seri Kembangan, Selangor.
As a full-time Production Planner, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing production plans to ensure efficient and timely delivery of our high-quality products to our valued customers.
What you'll be doing
Develop and maintain an effective master production schedule according to the sales orders requirement, material availability, production capacity, etc.
Monitor production progress to ensure delivery schedules are met.
Coordinate and manage resources to ensure efficient production.
Prepare production reports and monitor the output of each machine.
Communicate/report production errors and progress regularly.
Analyze production data and forecasts to develop comprehensive and realistic production plans.
Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and inefficiencies to improve overall productivity.
Monitor and adjust production plans in response to changes in demand, supply, or other factors.
Continuously look for ways to optimize processes and implement lean manufacturing principles.
What we're looking for
Minimum Diploma in related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a production planning or scheduling role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
Proficient in using MS Office & ERP systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
